Roberta L. Van Atta

Graduate of Ohio University, 1979; and California Western School of Law, San Diego, California, 1983.

Ms. Van Atta’s primary areas of practice are in general civil litigation, construction law, appellate practice, municipal law, zoning law, historic preservation law and workers’ compensation defense.

Ms. Van Atta has served as a Deputy District Attorney for the County of San Diego, 1984; Deputy Attorney General, Criminal Appellate Division for the State of California, 1984-1987; Law Clerk for the Honorable George W. White, Northern District of Ohio, 1987-1989; and Deputy U. S. Attorney, Organized Crime Division, 1990-1991. Currently, Ms. Van Atta serves as a member of the Rocky River Board of Zoning and Building Appeals.

Ms. Van Atta is admitted to the practice of law in California and Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
