Kirk R. Henrikson
Graduate of Miami University, 1987; and Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, 1990.
Mr. Henrikson has concentrated his legal practice in the areas of workers’ compensation law, litigation and employment law. His experience in the area of workers’ compensation includes both the administrative and court levels. He has received Certification as a Specialist in Ohio Workers’ Compensation Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Henrikson has also placed emphasis upon general litigation and appellate practice.
Mr. Henrikson is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. Since 2004 he has served as Chair for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Practice and Procedure Clinic Workers’ Compensation Seminar.
