Dennis A. Rademaker

Graduate of Cleveland State University, 1972; and Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, 1976.

Mr. Rademaker’s concentration of legal services is in the area of workers’ compensation law. He has received Certification as a Specialist in Ohio Workers’ Compensation Law by the Ohio State Bar Association.

Since January 2002, Mr. Rademaker has served as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General providing legal services in workers’ compensation matters. Mr. Rademaker served from 1987 to 1997 as a Governor’s appointee to the Labor-Management-Government Advisory Committee of the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. Mr. Rademaker served as an attorney for the Administrator of the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation from 1977 to 1980.

Mr. Rademaker served as the Law Director for the City of North Royalton from December 1987 through December 1995. Prior legal experience includes service with the Law Department of the City of Cleveland, Ohio, 1977.

Mr. Rademaker is a member of the Cleveland and Ohio State Bar Associations and the Cuyahoga County Law Directors’ Association. Mr. Rademaker is also admitted to the practice of law in Florida.
