Shana A. Samson
Graduate of The George Washington University, 1997, and The Michael E. Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University, 2000.
Ms. Samson has concentrated her legal education in the areas of environmental law, administrative law, and alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Samson was a Judicial Staff Attorney for Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Peggy Foley Jones from 2000-2003. As a Judicial Staff Attorney, Ms. Samson’s primary areas of practice were in general litigation, insurance, workers’ compensation, municipal law, administrative law, and medical malpractice. Her current practice includes workers’ compensation defense, general litigation, and municipal law. Ms. Samson is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
